BSNL Empanels Blue Cloud Softech Solutions as Captive Non-Public Network Provider

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL), a BSE-listed AI-first technology company with scrip code 539607, has secured empanelment status from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) as a Captive Non-Public Network Provider under Category III. The designation qualifies the Hyderabad-based firm to deliver Captive Non-Public Network (CNPN) services to enterprise customers nationwide.

The formal agreement between BSNL and BCSSL establishes a collaborative framework for planning, designing, deploying, commissioning and maintaining captive private network infrastructure tailored to enterprise needs. The partnership agreement remains in force for 60 months, contingent upon agreed terms and conditions.

While the empanelment provides BCSSL with eligibility to bid for enterprise CNPN projects alongside BSNL, the company clarified that the status does not guarantee specific business wins or revenue streams. Financial outcomes will ultimately depend on the projects the company successfully secures.
