BJP Telangana Conducts Bhoomi Puja Ahead of PM Modi's May 10 Rally

Hyderabad: The Bharatiya Janata Party in Telangana marked the beginning of preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's upcoming public meeting with a Bhoomi Puja ceremony at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad on Monday. The auspicious ritual preceded a gathering scheduled for May 10.
The religious ceremony was led by BJP Telangana State president N. Ramchander Rao. The event drew several prominent party figures, including Rajya Sabha MP K. Laxman and Members of Parliament Eatala Rajender and Konda Vishweshwar Reddy. BJP Telangana in-charge Abhay Patil and numerous other senior party functionaries also graced the occasion.
Speaking to journalists following the ritual, Ramchander Rao highlighted the developmental trajectory India has undertaken under Prime Minister Modi's stewardship. He credited BJP governance and policy initiatives for steering the nation toward progress and modernisation.
The BJP state president voiced optimism about Telangana's political landscape shifting in the party's favour in the years ahead. He called upon residents of the state to rally behind the party in future endeavours and urged the general public to turn out in substantial numbers for the May 10 event.
Ramchander Rao projected that the gathering at Parade Grounds would attract over two lakh attendees. He emphasised that party workers and leaders were actively engaged in logistical and organisational preparations to ensure the event's success.
The rally represents a significant political initiative by the BJP in the state as it seeks to expand its footprint in Telangana.
