Terracotta's Awadhi and North-West Frontier Cuisine Makes Brief Appearance in Bengaluru

Vivanta Whitefield's renowned Terracotta restaurant is bringing its distinctive culinary repertoire to Bengaluru's dining scene with an exclusive residency at The Trinity Square, Taj MG Road. Running from May 20 through May 30, 2026, the pop-up experience offers patrons access to the restaurant's heritage-driven approach to regional Indian cuisine, drawing inspiration from Awadhi royal kitchens and the distinctive flavours of the North-West Frontier.

The menu showcases time-honoured cooking methods and recipes passed down through generations. Diners will encounter slow-cooked curries, charcoal-grilled kebabs, and fragrant biryanis, each prepared with meticulous attention to traditional techniques and layering of spices. The dining environment complements this culinary narrative, with design elements reflecting royal court aesthetics and the earthy character of traditional clay ovens—featuring terracotta accents, subtle Awadhi-inspired details, and refined table presentations meant to evoke the graciousness of classical Indian hospitality.

The restaurant's signature preparations form the core of the residency menu. Meat-based selections include Mathania Murgh Tikka, Gosht ki Seekh, Awadhi Gosht, Lagan ka Murgh, and the aromatic Awadhi Gosht Biryani. For vegetarian diners, options include Kathal ka Kofta and Vegetable Mawa Pulao. The dining experience concludes with traditional sweets such as Sewiyan Muzaffar and Garlic Kheer.

The residency targets affluent diners, corporate clientele, and those with an interest in premium regional Indian dining. The venue operates lunch service from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM and dinner service from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Lunch pricing stands at ₹2,750 plus applicable taxes, while dinner is priced at ₹2,950 plus applicable taxes.
